Very rude costumer service, not caring about customers needs and are just about themselves and profit. I would not use this service again and avoid at all costs!!

Was told they had tires to fit my car, i was available to pick them up asap but was asked to come at different time. Was told they would hold tires for that timeframe. The day before picking up i was informed they sold them because they made more money than what they were asking me.(Text said they weren't even sorry) Bad business practice, I wouldn't trust them to buy anything with those kind of morals. Money definitely means more than customers to this business. I would rate them a zero if i could.

Bad experience

I had a great experience with B&R to get four replacement tires for my Acura MDX. I had clear communication from Jesus and the tires were done the same day as my inquiry. I would recommend them for future automotive repair to my friends and family.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - They installed the brake pads backwards which led to crazy squeaking, did not bother to lubricate the calipers so they ended up locking. Total amateur work. I ended up paying another store for the whole brake job all over. I will never take my car to this place for anything. Run from this place. Don't waste your time and money with these jokers.
