He didn’t do anything to my car without asking first and he had good recommendations as to when I should actually start to fix things on my car! I also got my suspension shock system fixed for a very fair price. Very pleased and will be using them from now on for all car services!

I brought my car here to fix the check engine light and asked for a full general inspection to feel safe driving again. I ended up paying nearly $1,800. The catalytic converter was replaced, and eventually, after some time, the check engine light did go off — so in the end, the job may have been done right. But the process was frustrating. The staff gave no clear explanations, avoided responsibility when the light stayed on after the repair, and didn’t offer any type of follow-up or support. When I asked for a cost estimate for further work, I was told, “I don’t know.” The attitude was defensive — no effort to keep me as a customer, no empathy, and I left feeling like I had overpaid without being treated with respect. I’m glad the issue resolved itself over time, but I wouldn’t come back here.
