I was in a panic last week, my hitch frame for my truck completely detached. Had a major job that involved my trailer and had no hope of finishing it by the deadline. I went and dropped my truck off thinking it would take days to get the part and install it. It took a few hours!! I was blown away by the urgency and professionalism. I had a great experience at B&R Auto Repair. I took my 2006 Corolla for some electrical repair. All the staff was professional and friendly. The communication was outstanding from the beginning. I received my estimate and also a timeline on how long it would take the job to be done. Later on, they followed up with a digital quote for me to approve which outlined what the cost (I like this system). It is hard to find a reliable mechanic anywhere you go, so the fact that B&R did the work efficiently and communicated so well speaks volumes on how they care for their customers. I will definitely be coming to them for future repairs. Thank you!!

I came from MN heat went out in my van and they got me in and out within a couple of hours. Other places said make and appointment but these guys said we can do it with a PACKED garage full of work I am so grateful....thanks guys ❤️
